ＷＴＯ、ＥＵの訴え棄却　中国の知財ルール違反巡り

[ジュネーブ２４日ロイター] – 世界貿易機関（ＷＴＯ）の紛争処理小委員会（パネル）は２４日、中国が知的財産権を巡るＷＴＯのルールに違反したとする欧州連合（ＥＵ）の訴えを退けた。

ＥＵは２０２２年、中国の裁判所が、欧州企業による高速大容量規格「５Ｇ」などの技術特許保護を妨げているとして、ＷＴＯに提訴した。

パネルは、ＥＵがルール違反を示さなかったと結論付けた。ただ、中国はＷＴＯの全ての透明性義務を順守したわけではないとも指摘した。
