ＳＨＥＩＮのロンドン上場、英国が認可　中国の承認待ち＝関係筋

[香港/ロンドン１１日ロイター] – 関係筋によると、中国発の格安衣料通販大手「ＳＨＥＩＮ（シーイン）」は、ロンドン上場の認可を英金融行動監視機構（ＦＣＡ）から取得した。

上場には、中国証券監督管理委員会（証監会）など、中国規制当局の認可も必要。

ＳＨＥＩＮはＦＣＡの認可を取得したことをすでに証監会に伝えたが、現時点で証監会の許可は下りていないという。

ロイターの１月の報道によると、ＳＨＥＩＮは当初、今年前半のロンドン上場を目指していた。

だが、トランプ米大統領は先週、中国と香港からの８００ドル以下の小口輸入品に対する関税免除措置（デミニミス・ルール）を廃止する大統領令に署名。ＳＨＥＩＮはデミニミス・ルールを活用して販売価格を抑えてきたが、今後、米国で値上げを強いられる可能性がある。

また、トランプ政権の対中関税の影響で市場は混乱しており、関係筋によると、ロンドン上場は今年後半にずれ込む可能性もある。
