[ニューデリー ２２日 ロイター] – インドが７月に中国を抜いて世界最大のロシア産原油の輸入国になったことが明らかになった。

中国の製油業者が精製マージン低下を受けて輸入を減らしたことが背景。

インドの業界筋のデータによると、７月のインドのロシア産原油輸入は前月比４．２％増の日量２０７万バレル。前年同月比では１２％増。原油輸入全体の４４％を占めた。

中国税関のデータによると、７月の中国のロシア産原油輸入は日量１７６万バレルだった。

ロシア産原油は西側諸国の制裁や購入抑制を受けて割引価格で販売されており、インドの製油所が大量に輸入している。

インドの製油所関係者は「制裁がこれ以上強化されない限り、インドのロシア産原油の需要は増えるだろう」と述べた。
