［ブリュッセル ３０日 ロイター］ – フランスのデータ保護機関（ＣＮＩＬ）は３０日、中国の人工知能（ＡＩ）新興企業ディープシークのＡＩシステムの仕組みやプライバシーリスクの可能性を巡り、同社に質問すると発表した。
「このＡＩシステムがどのように機能するかや、データ保護の面でのリスクをよりよく理解するため、ＣＮＩＬはディープシークを提供する企業に質問する予定だ」とした。
ＣＮＩＬは欧州で最も活動的な機関の一つであり、アルファベット(GOOGL.O), opens new tab傘下のグーグルや、「フェイスブック」「インスタグラム」を運営する米メタ・プラットフォームズ(META.O), opens new tabなどに罰金を科している。
