State of emergency in Va. for expected winter weather

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin has declared a state of emergency for expected winter weather to hit a broad area of the state, though it is not expected, at this point, to have as much of an impact in the Hampton Roads area.

  1. Weather forecaster dead wrong about the severity of this storm. And that makes him a liar about this whole process here. We're getting ready to get a lot of snow the whole state of Virginia is included in this. Why do you think Virginia Beach would be left out.

  3. So let’s be clear about Southeast Virginia and snow. There are only two weather patterns for southeast Virginia in the winter; warm and wet, or cold and dry. Snow is almost impossible, although you may see a dusting every few years.

  4. It’s going to be raining and in the 40s and the idiots at VDOT have put salt down already. It’s just going to trash my car. There’s not gonna be any snow or frozen roads anywhere near the Hampton Roads area.
