The end of the 2024 season marks the halfway point of the 2020s for Formula 1. Since I imagine most of you don’t fancy waiting another five years for me to rank every driver, I know certainly don’t, we’re going to split this decade in two. The 2020s is the era of Drive to Survive. Formula 1 has tapped into new markets and new demographics as it becomes fully embedded in the world of social media. On track, the hybrid era has evolved as we have seen the return of ground effect, and one reign at the top replaced by another. In terms of drivers, so far there has been a lot of continuity, as seats are hard to find and teams are hesitant let drivers go, no matter how incompetent they can be. And, perhaps in a deliberate attempt to keep this new fanbase’s attention, they’re getting twinkier and twinkier by the year.
Today, we’re going to rank all of them. Those of you that have been here since the early days will know the rules, but even so, based on 90% of the comments I’ve got on this video’s predecessors, and I cannot stress this enough: I’m ranking drivers based on their performances in the 2020s ONLY. So, Lewis Hamilton’s prime is well and truly gone; Sergio Pérez’s prime, assuming he ever had one, is well and truly gone; and Fernando Alonso’s prime is quite literally almost in the last century. Now, with that out of the way, here’s a comprehensive ranking of all 36 Formula 1 drivers of the 2020s so far.

    It's actually mad impressive how bad you have to be to be ranked below Jack Aitken even though you got a whole season compared to his one (poor) race.

    Man did Aitken dirty. I feel like we didn’t see his full potential in Bahrain, as Williams was absolute dog ass back then. I do think that if he had a full year in f1, he could have developed as a driver. I don’t think he’s the best driver by any stretch, but I do think he had potential. (I ain’t a diehard Aitken fan, this is just my opinion) but definitely better than Sargeant 😂

    I think I figured out why the algorithm has been bad for so many F1 channels – it was all the breaks this season

    It’s not just your channel I found other channels no longer appearing on my feed either

    Norris must have fucked your sister or something cause even when he won this year you bitched about it lmfao. Even in Abu Dhabi you couldn’t help but to mention that he almost lost third but didn’t cause he won his best race of the year. Maybe this is why the algorithm isn’t picking you up.
