Strong quake strikes off California, tsunami warning canceled

People gathered out into the open and drivers were stuck in traffic in San Francisco after a magnitude 7 earthquake hit off the northern California coast, prompting a tsunami warning for a large stretch of the California and Oregon coasts that was later canceled.
