Honestly, for the sake of nostalgia I would do a manual invoice and payment. Because in 5 years I haven't met anyone without both of these. Even a 92 year old vet customer of ours had 2 emails and a few cards.
I have 3 customers that don’t use email or have a credit card and they are probably my best customers they are everything I mean everything you want in a customer so as I understand what your saying but man you could be walking away from something good because of those little things
Died during Covid 😂 thats harsh…well i guess you havnt lived in florida..i dont take them either, i don't have to worry about them leaving bad reviews lol
