A 6.8 magnitude earthquake struck off Cuba’s eastern coast on Sunday November 10, 2024. The nation has been dealing with blackouts and recovering from two hurricanes in the past few weeks.

Two large earthquakes were reported off the coast of Cuba on Sunday morning. While there is no widespread tsunami threat, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said there was a small threat of tsunami waves along coasts nearest to the epicenter.
