A baby Serena. The power, the depth and pace on how she hits the ball is AMAZING. One of the best groundstrokes in the game. Once she learns more volley in her game, it's going to be quite hard to beat her.
Osaka is the example on how to produce that power of the shots without excessive screaming.

THE hit sounds in that venue sounds like intense couch punches, kinda unusual, usually the hit sounds are more sharp/crisp, unlike these …thunk, thunk, thunk….

The shoulder- hip rotation on the forehand is immense. Reminiscent of Serena forehand on her run from 2012-2015. Beautiful to watch especially if they show more of it in slow-motion.. 👍

Feel sorry for Volynets, she plays better than she used to but Osaka getting stronger back recently as well, Osaka now hit more difficult good shot straight down the line than before, I believe she will get back to top ten very soon.
