Turn on CCs for English subs! For the Issei no Sei game, basically they’re supposed to guess how many thumbs will be up. A player will call out ‘issei no sei…’ with a random number between 1 to 4 two players here, means maximum 4 thumbs). As the number is called, players must raise however many thumbs they like (or keep them held down). If the person who called the number guesses the correct number of thumbs up, then he is allowed to remove a single hand from play. The person to remove both their hands from play, wins.
