簡単ちらし寿司の作り方です。

しっかり作ろうとすると、煮物や茹でものなど、意外と大変なちらし寿司、気軽に作れるように考えました。

● “Chirashi sushi” for the Doll’s Festival

■ Materials (for 2-3 people)
1 cup of hot rice (350g)
Lotus root 5cm
Trefoil 1 strain
Kinshi egg 1 thinly baked egg
6 pickled cherry blossoms (wash quickly with water / even pickled in shiba, cherry blossoms)
How much soy sauce pickles 2 tablespoons
White sesame seeds
Combined vinegar (combine 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 4 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt / commercial sushi vinegar is also acceptable)

■ How to make
[1] For three leaves, cut the stem into 3cm length. Leave the leaves as they are.
Peel the lotus root, cut it into 5mm-thick slices, and cut it into a flower shape. (Exposed to water from the cut)

[2] Boil plenty of water in a pot, boil the lotus root for 1-2 minutes, drain the water,
Add 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of mixed vinegar.

[3] Mix the remaining vinegar with rice and make sushi rice and cool. Cover with a wet cloth to prevent drying.

[4] Serve with sushi rice in a bowl, garnish with a kinshi egg, 2 lotus roots, how much, three leaves, cherry blossoms, and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
