   昔なら情報を仕入れる電気が無い状態だった。
   島の人は携帯で停電は把握できているでしょうか？

   基幹設備の異常は無いとの発表ですし、現在も原因の絞り込みの最中かと。
   最も懸念されるのは病院などの医療施設ですね。
   早い復旧がなされると良いのですが。。
