【沖縄に津波警報】気象庁が警戒呼びかけ 安全な場所に避難を(2024年4月3日)
台湾で3日朝発生した地震の影響で沖縄に津波警報が出ています。警戒を呼び掛けている気象庁から避難行動などお伝えします。

今回の津波警報は最大で3メートル程度の津波が予想されています。
これまでにすでに、与那国島で30センチ、それから石垣島で到達中という津波が観測されています。
この津波警報が発表されますと、海や川の近くで、標高の低い地域では浸水や波にのまれることが警戒されています。
これは気象庁が警戒を呼び掛けている内容ですので、お住まいの地域でここは危険だと感じる人は、直ちに避難行動を取って下さい。直ちに高台へ避難して下さい。
津波警報が出るような津波のときは、ジェット機並みの速さで津波が迫ってきます。こうした状況から直ちに避難をしてほしいと思います。
また、津波は地形によって周囲と比べて、局所的に高く迫ってくる場合があります。
周囲の状況をよく確認をして、少しでも安全だと考えられる場所に避難をして下さい。
津波は繰り返し襲ってきます。まだ警報も続いています。
警報が解除されるまで、安全な場所から離れないで下さい。
できればハザードマップを確認していただいて、危険な地域であれば直ちに避難をしてほしいです。
