TVアニメ「フルーツバスケット」のために書き下ろされた新曲「HOME」。
家族や友達、仲間、恋人など、人々の心の「HOME」を信じる気持ちを描いた、温かいミディアムバラード。

今回お話をいただいて浮かんだ歌のテーマは、毎日帰る「家」という場所だったり、心のよりどころとしての「家族」という存在…どちらをも含めた「HOME」でした。
とくに心のなかの「家族」という場所は、血の繋がりの有無は関係なく、そして大人になってからでも育っていくものだろうと信じて、歌を作りました。
2019年の秋に完成した曲でしたが、2020年7月、コロナ禍を通して去年よりもこのことを実感しています。
