A naked Japanese guy trying to save Japan with only a few billion yen, has a cell phone that can let him do just about anything he wants (and twice, he uses it to wipe his memory!), gains a cute girlfriend in the process, and made by the same guys behind Ghost in the Shell as well? Wow.
