日本に帰ってきて試合してテレビ出演して学生に指導してって、忙しいし疲れてるだろうにバレー界のために尽力されてるんだなあって頭が下がる気持ち

ちょくちょくデサントのウェアがお色直しされてるのがこちらとしては眼福なのと、口癖で「たぶん」って言っちゃうのとマイク付けてるのに声が小さいのが定期すぎて可愛い…かっこよさのギャップ！！！！🤦♀️たまらん。
石川選手、インタビューとかもそうだけどいつも言語化がすごくうまいですよね。常に考えているからだろうけど、頭が整理されていて主観で脚色しないというか、頭がいい人だと思う

0:56 about swinging:

1:18 how to hit strong the ball:
Try to hit from the highest place and when the ball is falling you go to hit the ball. If you wait the ball coming to you will hit in a inconsistent way but if you have a “spot/hight” to hit the ball you will have less mistakes.
When you hit the ball, you have to put your body weight to the ball, so your body leans or extends to the front. If your body leans to the back when hitting, it means yoi are using only your arm strength to hit, use all your body.
3:13 a meaningful spike
While practicing spikes, if you only hit strong it’s not very useful. Try to hit from the highest point to the end line, so hit strong and long spikes, that’s how you make points.
Short and strong spikes in practice is only to “show” but doesn’t help you. When I was in high school I did the same, just hitting short and strong but in the last 4-5 years I realize that doesn’t make sense so I try to hit strong and long.

The best place to accelerate before spiking is inside the court.
