Probably the fact that I see Yuki as the best guy in this anime, with lots of fans in school, everyone telling he is like a prince and easily fall for him, that he is super handsome and Kyo never got to beat him, that I feel like he should end up with the main protagonist who is Tohru, Kyo kinda appeared like a second lead too at the beginning
Then the realization of Yuki that he loves Tohru as a mother, is kinda still off putting for me, I read the manga too btw, not that I want him to end up with Tohru, there were moments and manga panels that we see he actually fell for her romantically, then Yuki's conversation with Kakeru kinda ends that romantic idea between them
Anyway they are both happy at the end with Kyo and Machi, the only thing I dislike is this mother thingy 😁
I like tohru and yuki more than machi and yuki because how about everything yuki and tohru has been through was it all a bluff? and now yuki just said that tohru is like her mother even though they don't see that they are a perfect couple
Preferred her over Tohru as far as a match for Yuki, they have more in common and have had the same experiences. They're both broken and lonely, but Yuki is still soft and gentle while as she's broken but afraid and closed off. They complete each other
