ＦＴＸ創業者をバハマで逮捕　相場操縦疑いか（2022年12月13日）



経営破綻した暗号資産の交換所大手＝ＦＴＸトレーディングの創業者サム・バンクマンフリード容疑者が12日バハマ当局に逮捕されました。バンクマンフリード容疑者はＦＴＸが本拠地を置くバハマでアメリカからの要請を受けたバハマ当局に逮捕されました。容疑は明らかになっていませんがアメリカメディアは暗号資産の相場操縦に関わったなどの疑いがあるとみてアメリカの司法当局が捜査していたと報じています。ＦＴＸは顧客資産の流用やずさんな財務管理の結果、資金繰りに行き詰まり先月、経営破綻しました。バンクマンフリード容疑者は13日、経営破綻についてアメリカ下院の公聴会で証言する予定になっていました。
