2010年6月6日。 加護ちゃんがJapan Dayのスペシャルサポーターとして登場しました。 息子がパレードに出たので、出番待ちの時にすぐ近くで見れましたが、暑い中着物を着てても、汗一滴も出してなかった！ 撮影中隣にいた黒人さんの女性が、超盛り上がって、「本当のプリンセスみたい！」と叫んでました。 英語も上手で本当に可愛かったです。 簡単な訳↓

「NYとの100年の友好関係を祝う侍パレードに参加できた事を嬉しく思います。」
（なぜNYに来たかと聞かれ）
「私の目標はジャズシンガーになる事で、NYは私のようなジャズ好きにとっては最高の街です。」
（今回の特別な任務とは？）
「寄付をつのって、セントラルパークに桜を植える事です。」
「今のところ、2本の桜が植えられる寄付が集まりました。」
（寄付はどこでできますか？）
「日本語で話していいですか？」・・・と言って日本語で話し始める。

I saw her just a few feet away on that day. She looked insanely beautiful in that Kimono. Although it was very hot, I didn't see a drop of sweat on her face like she was carrying a cool breeze with her.
If I still had been there (and still had my money), I would have donated $3,700 just to sing Aibon. <3

Kago-chan's boyfriend who lives with her was arrested for extortion, and she was called by police for questioning…

Kago-chan had attempted a suicide by taking excessive amounts of mood-altering pills and cut her wrist at around noon on September 11th. She was taken to a hospital in Tokyo, but the wound was slicing, thus not life-threatening. Fortunately she seemed OK. Bounce back Kago-chan!!
