This is a very good introduction to jun and speed climbing in general, i think. I enjoyed listening to the discussion re techniques for climbing but the thing i enjoyed the most was listening to jun describe his mental and physical training. He sounds very dedicated which makes me want to train as hard as well 😁 wishing him luck on his climbing!
