Nerea Barrondo
スペイン、バスク地方に生まれる。
3歳からバレエを始める。
幼少よりバレエに情熱を注ぎ、プロのバレリーナを志す。
13歳で実家を出て、スペイン、マドリードのRoyal Conservatory of Dance Mariemmaでトレーニングを受ける。
1年後にロシア、モスクワのボリショイ・バレエ・アカデミーに招かれ留学。
ボリショイ・バレエ・アカデミー在学中に、ローザンヌ国際バレエコンクールやYAGPを含む数々のバレエ・コンクールに参加。
2016年にBallet Artistディプロマを取得し卒業後、Russian State Ballet、Gelsey Kirkland Ballet、Roxey Balletに入団。
現在はBallet Frontier of Texasの団員として活躍している。
主な役は以下の通り。
「くるみ割り人形」マリー、雪の女王、金平糖の精、
「ドン・キホーテ」パ・ド・ドゥ、

Born in the Basque Country (Spain) Nerea Barrondo took her first ballet steps at the age of 3.
It didn’t take her long to realize that ballet was her passion and she wanted to become a professional ballerina.
At the age of 13 she moved away from home to train at the Royal Conservatory of dance Mariemma in Madrid and just after a year she was invited to continue her studies at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Moscow (Russia). During her time at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy she participated in some ballet competitions including the prestigious Prix de Lausanne and YAGP. After graduating in 2016 with a Ballet Artist diploma she joined the Russian State Ballet, Gelsey Kirkland Ballet, Roxey Ballet and she is currently a dancer at Ballet Frontier of Texas.
Some of her main principal roles include: Marie/ Snow Queen /Sugar Plum in the Nutcracker, Don Quixote Pas de Deux, Le Corsaire Pas de Deux, Talisman pas de deux, Diana and Actaeon pas de deux, Swan Lake pas de Trois and Carmen among others.
In her YouTube Channel she has being sharing her journey as a student and pro ballerina for the past 3 years inspiring ballet lovers to join the ballet world and inspiring many young dancers to pursue their dream.

Thank you for your comment about Hanyu. In fact, three months before the Olympics, he fell during practice for a jump and injured the ligaments in his right leg, leaving him unable to practice for a long time. How miraculous and super performance this acting success was. I still tear up when I watch this performance.

趣味でスケートをやっていて、ヤマカイさん＆ネレアさんを知ったのも羽生選手の動画からだったので、フィギュアスケートのリアクション動画を出してくれるのはとても嬉しいです(*ˊᵕˋ*)
フィギュアスケートは、男子シングル、女子シングル、ペア、アイスダンスと4種目あるのですが、女子シングルの演技も解説して欲しいです！男性とは若干演技構成が違うので、ハイリーさんのように詳しい方がいるとわかりやすいかもしれません。
また、ペアやアイスダンスについては、私の知識が浅いのですが…ペアはパドドゥに近いのかな？という印象があり、ネレアさん＆ハイリーさんはもちろん、男性方のリアクションもとても気になります。アイスダンスは、ステップ中心なので、フィギュアスケートの一般的なイメージとは違い面白いかもしれません。

It is always so interesting to hear opinions from different fields about his skating. Though he may not have smiled throughout that jump I always feel like there is almost no tension, it still seems extremely effortless. Would love to see more content like this😊

I'm so glad you watched performance of Yuzuru Hanyu. Thank you. He is good at expressing music itself, like Ballard No.1 of Chopin. But he is also good at play role. I recommend you should watch his performance of free skating at the World Championship in 2012. It was very emotional skating.

私見ではありますが羽生結弦さんはプロ・アマ問わず現在現役のスケーターの中で最も基本に忠実になおかつストイックに向き合う人ではないかと思います。今は ジャンプに対する注目度が高く繋ぎのスケーティングやステップなどがあまり評価されていないと感じますが音楽との同調性や表現などは別格で競技であっても芸術作品の様に感じます。羽生さんの他の代表作も是非リアクションして欲しいのですが女性であるネレアさんからみた女性スケーター、例えば浅田真央さんの演技なども動画であげて貰えたら楽しいな、と思います。彼女も又、美しさと技を兼ね備えた演技をする選手でした。バレリーナ目線ではどんな風に見えるのか、気になります。

I enjoyed watching your reactions because I really liked this Chopin program. He does not dance and jump while listening to the music, but his own each movement seems to play the music. I enjoyed Mr. Yamakai's reactions, but yours reactions were also very enjoyable from a woman's point of view. Asada Mao, a Japanese female skater who is as famous as Hanyu, aspired to be a professional ballerina from her childhood, but when she learned that figure skating strengthens the ankles, she learned to skate in order to succeed as a ballerina. But jumping was more fun, so she went on to become a skater. I would love to see her ice skating reactions if you like!
