  1. please, can anyone tell me what exactly happened that Dave and Jonathan have become silent? I am sorry, I haven't been following closely! but I miss them and their amazing content! thank you!

  2. So happy and relieved you are back. This little project you have here means so much to so many. Thank you for making me a fan of figure skating again.

  3. Glad you have uploaded again! I know it's been a very difficult few weeks, but you have my support 100%!! Stay strong, be yourself and continue covering the sports (skating and gymnastics) you love! 💙

  4. Lol, when Trusova and Shcherbakova jumps quads, you’re all act like «Nooo, this is not healthy, they are kids, quads will break them, Eteri is a monster!!! “ But when Rika trains quads everyone is so supporting, wishing her good luck with quads and ets. Don’t you think that quads can ruin her health? This is double standards….

  5. Dave it’s your Portuguese follower (I change account) I want to say thank your for coming back. I suffered from a chronic health issue and your videos, your love for figure skating was the reason I would get up in the mornings and found motivation to keep going (many uploads were at 6 am my time).
It was always the highlight of my week to listen to your perspective on skaters, programs competitions.

Because I live in a country that doesn’t care about figure skating (and I bet a lot of people who watch you feel the same) your videos educated me so much about this wonderful sport.

I know you always put a lot of work in these videos. So thank your for your work ethic and your courage to come back.

Many of us appreciate you and Jonathan so much. I know you don’t need this to live but you do it out of love for figure skating, and I admire you so much for that. Because you didn’t have to but you did came back.

Thank you so much I’m very happy that your uploading everything again! 🙏💚 🤗 from 🇵🇹
    God bless you. 🙏

  6. YES! Kihira can do Quad so if she's regular next year, she can pulverize the world record, becoming the only woman that can do both the Quad and the Triple Axel. Take that Eteri!!

PS: Hello Dave. I'm glad that all videos from this channel are back online for you're doing a very good job with Jonathan covering everything of import in figure skating. Didn't know why they were gone in the first place before today and I'm flabbergast. Fandom in figure skating can be so toxic, I don't know why I'm even surprise by this amount of stupidity. I hope you're going to be back full time soon, I'm dying to know what you thought of the European Figure Skating Championship. Wish you well!

  7. Nice to see you guys posting again! I am a huge fan (from Canada), and I was so sad to read about how you have been treated recently. It is despicable behaviour, truly! I look forward to seeing your event recaps again. All the best to you.

  8. I watched every Europeans and nationals performance wondering what Dave and Jonathan would say 💜

  9. Thank the stars you're back, DAVE!!! I was having TSL withdrawal. I desperately needed the latest figure skating news and tidbits. Dying to know what you think of Nationals!!!! Trust me, I'm not the only one who missed you dearly!

  10. hope the next olympic cycle we will see quads w kihira, liu and trusova. the last female skater to push the boundaries as far as jumps goes was midori ito in 1988.

  11. I'm looking forward to new This and That episodes. So happy that you're back!!!

  12. 梨花ちゃん、素晴らしい。これからますます期待しています。応援しています。この次の四大陸が楽しみ四回転いれるのでしょうか見たいです。怪我だけしないように気を付けてください。Rica-chan, great. I will be looking forward to seeing your performances in the future.I am a big fan of yours .I just wonder if you are going to jump Quads for this coming 4 continents or not. Ás  you always practice  hard, will you not get hurt your self……

  13. I'm more confident with Rika's quads more than any Russian Junior's, because they are still very prepubescent. There's a huge possibility they will lose technical power when their bodies change. In fact they are already riddled with pre and underrotations, as well as sketchy Lutz edges even now. That being said, I do hope everyone retains and improves their quads.

  14. Hamada is lesbian and Honda left the rink because was was constantly molested and harassed

  15. 髪の毛結んだ方が絶対周りやすいのに、、試合でもそうだけどあえてやってるのかな、、。

  16. she is strong, she can make them better and better, of course still have much what to do, but when she will, i think she can reach so much!! she have talent, at this time doubles and triples she doing very easy, except triple axel, but even this she doing actually with good quality!!
i seen many videos from warm up before competition, she is doing jump after jumps, when other just skating around, rika just doing jumps, and they look very easy and clear!!! i just cant wait for the next season, if rika will continue improving, the next season she should be even stronger and maybe will have 1 or 2 quads!!
