Ok, I have a bit of a crackpot theory on this. It seems that PNF-404 is being colonized. The giant spaceship and the fact that there are seemingly castaways that we can find scattered around the map point to a mass travel to the planet. We might be playing as the commander of the colonists, given that Shepard, Colin, and the unnamed third character salute the player as they fly off. As for any story…. the castaway they find in the trailer 'kinda' looks like Louie if you squint? Eh…. idk.
Cant wait for the Hey Pikmin amiibo to restock. Im so happy I never spent $80+ for it. Im still mad that I didnt fully know what amiibos were when it was out tho!
I want so desperately to love Pikmin 4 but they're not making it easy for me. The new art style is so plastic, the animations rigid, the dog being completely out-of-place, and the design for the Ice Pikmin leaving a lot to be desired. I truly hope this will be a good game but I'm worried.
My god I'm so hyped for this one, it feels like ages since we've had a new Pikmin game! I gotta point out tho… That framerate stutter at 6 seconds in really stood out to me, and gave me flashbacks to Pikmin 3's stuttery Switch port. I hope a Switch Pro or something is in the works, I want this game to look as good as it can
2:10 I think this could be Alph from the previous game because of the blue light! Or it could also be loui again. Whoever it is, IM EXCITED FOR THE GAME
I’m so excited to finally have a solo player game where you don’t have to try to balance controlling three different players all at once. I really hope it’s just a solo player game.
I might be in the minority but I sorta want to be able to play the first two games BEFORE I buy the third and fourth one! : D maybe one day. This does look really cool though!
The story mode in Pikmin 3 Deluxe is good, but my family and I have spent about 95% of our time on Pikmin playing bingo battles and co-op missions. My wife and I have been playing "first to 5" on bingo battles nightly, once the kids are in bed, for about 2 years.
I bet it is at night fall hits every creature in the game well “wake up” during night time and from the look in there eyes at the end of the trailer,look like it going be one of these tough fights in some games when in a sort of time lapse in a game where npc becomes stronger at times but I bet there gonna be something good at night time. can’t wait to see more of this soon.
Dog looks straight out of yoshis wooly world and Kirby.. such a generic Nintendo character . And why does the new pikmin look fanfare, isn’t it supposed to be organic? Why is it a literal ice cube😭 the game looks a little disappointing which saddens me since I love the game . I will be playing and I hope I’m proved wrong. Why couldn’t they just bring back the talking sassy space ship? The dogs so weird

Nintendo revealed this game way to early. 9 years ahead of release. It were revealed as a Wii U Game..

Pikmin 4 really needs to deliver in these areas.
I like to think that the doggy is the same Bluborb pikmin we saw existed in Pikmin 2 but they evolved to be more useful to pikmins
