日本で何が起こっているのか！桜島火山の恐るべき噴火！



After several weeks of relative calm, the Sakurajima volcano in Japan has resumed activity.
On January 3, around 4:15 pm local time, the volcano erupted large columns of smoke and ash.
The height of the column of smoke and ash reached 2700 meters.
The histogram of seismicity shows that the frequency of volcano-tectonic earthquakes has slightly increased.
On the other hand, sulfur dioxide emissions have been significantly reduced.
Volcanologists recorded a sulfur output of 1200 tons per day.
The Sakurajima volcano is located near the city of Kagoshima with a population of about 600,000 people.
Researchers suggest that at great depths under the Aira caldera there is a large amount of magma.
Alert level “3” remains in effect, access to the volcano is blocked.
The warning bulletin states that pyroclastic flows could affect an area about 3 km from the main crater.
Due to its explosive potential, the volcano is considered very dangerous and is under close surveillance.
Sakurajima is one of the most active volcanoes in the world.

    Надеюсь, что на данный исторический момент вулкана Сакураджима Минамидак 桜島南岳 (Остров Сакуры – Южный кратер), можно не опасаться. Пока не будет сильного сдвига (сильнейшего сдвига) на востоке, вулкан будет активным (всё-таки Р и S-волны наблюдаются (то есть – мелкие землетрясения присутствуют), но без катастрофических последствий. И уж тем более, не глобально катастрофических (по некоторым, недоказанным пока, предположениям, район КагО́cима является остатком древнего супервулкана). Но, вулкан – есть вулкан, и недооценивать его нельзя.
    Хотя, я считаю Сукураджиму (на японском языке именно так приносится название острова-вулкана) одним из самых красивых вулканов в мире! Больше достойным посещения, даже чем Фудзияма. Конечно, если смотреть сверху. 😉

    近所に住んでいますが噴火は日常的な事です。倍速の噴煙動画や加工されたタイトル画像が余計な不安を煽っています。
    市民は防災についての知識や対策は昔からしております。
    いつか起こる大噴火への心配はありますが、
    人々はそれでも火山と共に生活しています。
