What an unimaginably intense experience this must be; to do something that is simultaneously technical and devastatingly emotional at the same time with the world watching is just so impressive. I found myself with tears in my eyes more often than not as Sorita played for us – especially watching his expressions.
ショパンコンクールは大変な時間と労力、それに精神力が凄いです。演奏されててお正月の番組で言われたように飛んだ音の先にある着地点探すのが難しいと言われていたのを思い出しました。素晴らしい出来映えだと思います。時間的芸術の美しさ堪能しました。

英雄ポロネーズは、プロが演奏しても難しくコードの出し方を間違えれば聞き手が冒頭から聞きたくなくなります。反田先生の演奏は新しいコードも創造しているし、聞き手の過去の出来事を想起させるような感じがします。
