Her movies changed my film viewing sense to different level.. after watching her movie suzuku I couldn't sleep… now her talk amazed me…. she is damn good. I think Japanese have the most different level of storytelling movies in the world…

I just watched あん and it was the most beautiful movie I have ever seen, a masterpiece. I felted so connected to the story and Tokue reminded me a lot of my grandma. Also I loved the way emotions where portrayed. Naomi Kawase you are a genius. I hope that one day I can go visit the Nara international film festival and connect with everyone through movies.
