    I have a theory that everyone is trapped under Golden Ex Requiems Power Because if they weren't then time acceleration wouldve definitely been noticed and reversed by Giorno unless it didn't even happen in the first place but I don't have enough valid proof for that though

    wait a minute I just found something out..pucci achieved heaven to make humanity realise they're faith and prepare for it but golden ex req said it himself that "if anyone wants to discover the truth then they will have to go through me first" so now this is starting to come together since pucci wanted everyone to discover the truth..maybe everyone got trapped under Ger's power the moment heaven activated..
