After many long years, the classic psychological horror franchise Silent Hill is finally back with Silent Hill f. Silent Hill f is the first original Silent Hill sequel in years. In the trailer we see odd blood vines, and a Japanese Torii gate. The blood blossoms around a girl to reveal what looks like a creepy inner disease. Silent Hill f is written by Ryukishi07, creature & character design from kera, and produced by Motoi Okamoto. Silent Hill f has yet to receive a release date.

My take, because all of us can bring different perspectives, is someone that happened to be from Japan came across Silent Hill and learned its cultist ways and brought them back to the homeland to coincide with shinto beliefs and thus infecting another region of the world with the wrath of Silent Hill and personal hells
I have no doubt in my mind Ryukishi is gonna write a real dark psychological story for silent hill honestly more hyped for this that the remake but i still think sh3 is gonna stay my favorite game in the series forever and it gets almost no love
I absolutely love this trailer and I love Silent Hill but I am having a really hard time deciding if I want to give Konami any money.

I'm optimistic about this, but I'm also very anxious to see how this connects to the actual town of Silent Hill and the main lore. Even Silent Hill 4 had sections set in the actual town, whereas f seems to be set in Japan.

A silent hill with more Japanese leanings is a great idea. Really looking forward to how artful they're gonna make the story and narrative. The spider oily body horror is so icky and good.
