So from the looks of this he looks to be using at least one mod card to change the rock buster into air shot (this allows the counter hit to happen) then uses white web 2 buffed by double point after using color point to give up more area.
White web 2 must be able to absorb the attack power of a single chip after it as the base power is only 40 and Blue moon was clearly at max power. 640+60×2 brings the total damage to 1400 per impact. combined with mag bolt's attraction ability led to Forte getting webbed to death.
Went frame by frame and that's the only thing that makes sense and explains the hp bug during the custom screen without the emotion window flashing to indicate a bug in the customizer.
