what do you mean you blinked….and missed how much of that fight…lol it went sooo fast
This episode gave me those episode 19 & S2 ep6 uncontrollable chills. The voice acting and the amount of table turnings in this fight with the majestic music and blending of theme songs (Ufotable's 👏 MASTERPIECE).
Tengen wakes up from his strategic nap like: "We're going for the win."
well at least its the last cliffhanger…lol

Here’s an explanation of uzuis musical score, its more detailed in the manga: "Uzui has analyzed combat maneuvers to the point where he can read them like music sheets. He converts the rhythm of the enemy's attack into sound, so that every fight becomes a song. He hears repeated phrases and can attack between beats and during the rests, dancing with his opponent."

The animation on the episode was on level of not higher than the movie my absolute favorite that I’ve seen so far
Quality that should be made into a movie.

not only did I tear up from sheer hype and excitement and relief and fucking I don't even know how many other emotions on this episode, but also I STILL tear up every single time I watch it again
This episode was masterpiece
I still can't get over how Ufotable did what they did this season, especially this very episode. What I think is overlooked though, is the sheer intimidation and eeriness of Gyutaro, and how the main reason he lost was because of the very title of the episode. Tanjirou never gave up. Gyutaro wanted soooo badly to see Tanjirou beg for his life or fall into pure despair and cry or something, yet in the end, the simple fact that Tanjirou never broke was why Gyutaro wouldn't kill him, leading to the opening for Tengen to get back up.

I would love to recommend Gurren Lagann ^o^/ one of the best from back in the days and watch the Blu-ray edition it was beautifully done remaster in HD 1080p Blu-ray.

Just a head up on why the explosion happen. He’s able to control his blood demon art but since he died it went out of control causing the massive explosion.
Recall- the last thing Guytaro said the moment before he was beheaded was “…..I have to release my circular slashes.. So many people miss that part thinking he just self destructed. His body just carried out his last command.
What I liked the most in this episode was the animation it was insane and also when you weren't expecting anything to happen zenitzu, Tengen and inosuke popped up that was really unexpected

This show low-key has a bunch of foreshadowing things. Tanjiro got stabbed in through the chin but earlier tengen moved tanjiro out the way when the fight first started. Plus tanjiro saying if he turns into a demon someone from the corps would take his head. I really hope no one has to cut his head 😓
