  1. Generations upon generations of people carrying cameras all over the world, where ever they go. Then 99% of tsunami footage is terrible

  2. 1:17 航空自衛隊か米軍かわからないけど、緊急発進した機体の音が聞こえますね。空から把握できていても目の前の命を救えない苦しさを思うと胸が痛みます。

  3. My God…this is one of a few videos where you can actually see the incredible force of the water BEFORE it starts its path of total destruction. It just BLASTS over the 🌊 Wall with SO much power nothing stood a chance. I'm very thankful these people had high ground to get to…anyone who hesitated would not have made it. 🥺 This should be a Must-see for ANYONE living on a Coast. Imagine what it would have been like w/o the Seawalls to slow the Tsunami down…many walls failed, but DID give people more time to flee, thus saving God knows how many lives. 💛Japan 💛✌

  4. I would have drop kicked that damned yippy dog right into the water. Shut up, dog!!

  5. The big house that got swept away….did l see a lady with a pink jumper looking out the window ? 😥

  6. 非現実的な悲しい映像。被害に遭われた方々に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
    しかしそれにしても犬うるさいですね…

  7. Relating to an act which is entirely impossible to stop. Moved me as if I were merely a toy example of myself. More than an absence of gravities well beyond emotionally enveloping for the very best disclosure the ruthlessness brutal without any consideration discovering I was full quadriplegic. Which is why I watch these videos, relatively YVO. PS.PW-ide, love for Japanese people where & how they continue inspired again wit da zEn Baby. YVO

  8. Why keep building in tsunami prone area? How does one go to bed each night with the threat of this not "if" but "when" a tsunami will occur? I don't understand how one can reside in a tsunami prone area . Is there no other places to build? Can't be no peace of mind with a threat of such magnitude of destruction and loss of life. Is there no other solution available than building here? It's very heartbreaking and horrifying to know people go through a disaster such as this , and that lives are lost. It's truly a horrible thing to have to see let alone go through and the lost of family, friends, and loved ones makes the tsunami a truly powerful killer

  9. So sad!!! Such a terrible tragedy. To the people complaining about the barking dog, some saying they wish somebody would kill it…….YOU ARE A JERKOFF!!!! To the people complaining about the QUALITY of the video…..YOU TOO ARE A JERKOFF!! THOUSANDS of people and animals died this day. HAVE SOME FUCKIN COMPASSION!!!!

  13. It's way too zoomed in to be useful. The video would have been a thousands times better without the super zoom mode. Also without the annoying dog.

  14. I am fascinated by tsunami's and I've seen a lot of vids on various wave heights from the 2011 Tohoku tsunami, the Greenland mega-tsunami, and of course the boxing day Indonesia tsunami. All were horrifying in their own right, but there's something different about the 2011 Japan tsunami event. This is the second video I've seen where the wave height exceeds 24m or 80ft and then the violent churning of the water is nightmarish. In Tohoku the wave height reached 40m or 132ft which is fucking insane.

  15. Cuando los japoneses dejen de depredar los oceanos a mas no poder, la naturaleza los dejará tranquilos sino será peor que el 2011

  16. This was the worst video ever! Learn to hold the camera steady. You could have gotten some a amazing images but the camera shakes to much…. Horrible

  17. It's difficult to get perspective but if you look from 2:17 to 2:23 you can get a look at this monster and realize that nothing is going to stop it.

  18. I haven't had internet for years and I'm just now seeing this, my heart goes out to Japan. I know it's been years now and I hope people have recovered and rebuilt their lives, I was stationed in Yokosuka Naval Base with the Marines and fell in love with Japan.

  19. Knock-Knock hello it's the plumber, you called about a leak, aw yes just initial here and sigh here and I'll go out to my truck and get started

  20. Mr zoom in messed the whole recording up by not planning out
