Laputa means Madame/ma'm in Spanish. If you go to a Spanish speaking restaurant and wants to call the waitress for example you just waive at her and call out "Laputa". Or if you want to be nice and order a beer you say: "Una cerveza por favor, Tu vieja puta." It means: "A beer please, my fair lady." It's very flattering for a Spanish woman.
