I believe the author draw the last image part. They really put a lot of care with this show. For someone who read My Dress Up Darling manga and Akebi manga, Akebi anime is better anime adaptation than My Dress Up Darling anime.
They give the same quality every episodes. The manga is also the reason why the animation are so amazing. The manga is interesting because there are so many panels are just doing stuffs without dialog. I mean, there are 8 panels (3 pages) just for tie hair. If you put the manga panels together, it's actually already animated. Performance scene is 4 chapters (around 80 pages) and most of them are Akebi dance. They don't skip anything with performance scene from manga.
