Secondly, if you still have the problem, try offloading or resetting the app. This will get rid of any glitches that it might have in the app. You can do this by going to your iPhone Settings, then iPhone storage under General. Go to WhatsApp and Offload the app. You will then need to Reinstall the App. This does not remove any of your info from WhatsApp but will get rid of any glitches.
