If you buy them at the store, they cost from $12 a piece (about 2,000 yen), so this time I prepared about 30 cuttings and planted about 25 to start making the fence.<\/p>\n<p>They will root without using a root stimulant, but I used one to increase the chances and because they are not edible.<\/p>\n<p>This is a record of their growth, from cutting the branches to rooting them, to two years after replanting them.
