マリメッコとマルメのクリスマスマーケットでお買い物を楽しんだ日。
ストックホルムのマリメッコでは少しの時間しか見ることが出来ませんでしたが、
今回はじっくりとマリメッコの世界に浸れて幸せな時間を過ごせました💕
クリスマスイヴは久しぶりにパン作りに挑戦！
とても美味しく出来たので、試してもらえたら嬉しいです😆✨
🎄ミルク粥 ２人前
・米 １００ml
・水 ２００ml
・バター 大さじ１/２
・塩 少々
・牛乳 ３５０ml
・シナモンスティック １本
お好みでシナモン、砂糖、ジャムと一緒に食べてください😊
🎄ルッセブッレ １２〜１６個分 ２００℃ 約１０分
〈 生地 〉
・牛乳 ２５０ml
・イースト ２５g (ドライイーストでも可)
・サフラン ０.５g
・砂糖 １００ml
・塩 小さじ１/２
・バター １００g (常温に戻しておいて下さい)
・中力粉 ７００ml
〈 マジパンペースト 〉
・マジパン １００g
・バター ５０g (常温)
・砂糖 大さじ１
・バニラシュガー 小さじ１(バニラエッセンス＋砂糖 小さじ１でも可)
〈 仕上げ 〉
・卵 １個
・パールシュガー 適量
スライスアーモンドを載せても美味しいです😋
２００℃ 約１０分で焼いたら出来上がり！
オーブンによって火力が違うので、温度や時間は調節して下さい😊
同じ生地でルッセカットも作れます⭐️

いつも楽しく拝見しています。メジャーやアドベントなどで出てくるムーミングッズを見て、久々にムーミンの本を読み返して懐かしんでます。今回のグロッグウォーマーのセットに一目惚れしてしまいましたが、日本では手に入りそうもありませんねー、残念！

prueba ponerle un poco de ralladura de limón o naranja! y tambien le va muy bien nuez moscada ralladita (siempre siempre con canela) es delicioso. En México también le ponen rompope y sabe delicioso.

Hermoso video!¡ en Argentina también comemos el arroz con leche como postre. también se le puede agregar cáscara rallada de limón y enfriarlo. O agregarle una cucharada de dulce de leche.

街のイルミネーションが思ってたより質素な感じ。何か北欧のクリスマスっぽく感じないなあと思ったら、雪だ！！雪が積もってないんだ！暖冬か？と思ったけど、前の年の見直したら全然積もってないですね。前の年には気付かなかったけど、意外やスウェーデンはそんなに積雪量がないのかな？
