The fact that Cole died because a human surgeon was high on red ice to operate just shows how much drugs are affective not just the person who does drugs but many others who are involved. And little Cole turned 6 but wasn't saved because a human was high on drugs and it costed Hank his eternal grief and anger towards everything.
If I were Hank in this situation, the biggest giveaway is that the real Connor calls Hank Lieutenant while the fake one calls him Hank. Real Connor shows more humanity, care & sympathy while the fake Connor shows desperation.
Woulda been so cool if this scene you played as hank and had to ask questions and choose which connor is the real one wouldve also been cool if it was randomly generated which side he was on although should still be like little things that indicate which is which like the real connor talks more human while fake connor talks more robotic although i have found it feels like even in this situation the fake connor does feel like it speaks more robotically than the real one does
I could keep track of which Connor was real, one was more expressive than the other, his lips moved more accurately with his words, instead of looking really robotic. Not just that, but the Deviant was much more of a street fighter, the machine had fighting protocols in their code, since Connor had become a deviant, he had took in better, and more effective ways of fighting.
This goes to show, if you meet a clone of yourself or think you might, change something about you appearance so people know you are you, unless you are they one who is going to initiate the Who is Who standoff.
What I love about this is I knew the whole time it was connor on the left. Just from how he's standing and moving…more human than Connor on the right. Its really well done.
Hank knew the real connor because he never interrupted or spouted out eagerly. The fake connor was just like the connor from the beginning, someone Hank wanted to shut up
I dont know why Hank didn't focus on their tags while he questioned them one was 51 the other was 60 (But it looked like one of them was 52 so Maybe Connor died once during this gameplay)
The real Connor has been sincere in the beginning. The fact that he realizes that the fake one “uploaded my memories” and how his destabilization made him more hesitant and not as fast in answering, plus his overall emotional demeanor.
I think the straw that broke the camel’s back for Hank was fake Connor calling him ‘Hank’. Connor always referred to him as ‘Lieutenant’ throughout the game.
while i found the game to not be perfectly executed (or always entertaining), the growth in Hank and connor’s relationship (in this play through anyway) always felt so natural and well developed
I saw some streamer intentionally gave wrong answers, arguing that Fake Connor has the same memory, but he couldn't lie since he is not deviant. He got shotted LOL
its prolly just me but i was able to tell which connor it was idk why but i can like see that the right connor (which is the one on the left side of hank) showed a little like worry and emotion while the other stayed straight face and just was bland
Cole died, because a human surgeon was too high on Red Ice to operate. He’s the one who took my son from me…him and this world where the only way people can find comfort is with a fistful of powder.
MY SON, WHAT'S HIS NAME? COLE. HIS NAME WAS COLE. AND HE JUST TURNED SIX AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT… IT WASN'T YOUR FAULT, LIEUTENANT. A TRUCK SKIDDED ON A SHEET OF ICE AND YOUR CAR ROLLED OVER. COLE NEEDED EMERGENCY SURGERY BUT NO HUMAN WAS AVAILABLE TO DO IT… SO AN ANDROID HAD TO TAKE CARE OF HIM… COLE DIDN'T MAKE IT. THAT'S WHY YOU HATE ANDROIDS. YOU THINK ONE OF US IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SON'S DEATH.
3:41 – This right here. This is the moment that proved Hank had changed. He accepted what happened and moved on. This is probably the most underrated and hard hitting moment in the game.
DBH may be a huge meme, but my god does it do Hank and Conner's storyline perfectly. They're the best part of the game.
I love how Hank started asking questions that were completely irrelevant to the mission since a machine wouldn’t pay any attention to such details while Connor would take time away from the mission to learn

Thanks for watching!
My favorite part is how the music COMPLETELY cuts out suddenly and goes silent when Hank asks his son's name. It adds so much impact to the moment.

Hank basically just loses faith in humanity 😂

I’m guessing hank’s right is the fake one while watching this midway

I don’t know if it’s just me but Hank actually looks quite awestruck by the sight of all the androids “waking up” as Connor says it.
one of good think on this scene is, we play as connor, imagine if we play as hank instead
The fact that machine point gun at human is already malfunctioning.
The real Connor didn't just answer the singular question, he anticipated why the question was so important and spoke like a human, empathizing.

Hank: "Do the Lions have a chance to win the Super Bowl this year?"
Connor: "Yeah, I think they have a ch…"
BOOM
Hank knew the real connor because he never interrupted or spouted out eagerly. The fake connor was just like the connor from the beginning, someone Hank wanted to shut up
You see a lot of emotions in the real Connor whereas the fake Connor had literally no emotion at all with instant responses
"I'm the real Connor." Dude just wake up the other androids to prove you are the real one.
"He uploaded my memory.." How does one android upload another copies memories?
Real Connor also has a bullet wound…
Hank could tell (real) Conner was being genuine and sincere to Hank when answering his question about Cole.
One sounds empathic the other one sounds like a robot that how he knew
I like how if Hank don't make Connor a deviant but he accepts Connor as a deviant
I dont know why Hank didn't focus on their tags while he questioned them one was 51 the other was 60 (But it looked like one of them was 52 so Maybe Connor died once during this gameplay)

he kinda knew which connor was which at the beginning but when the real connor called him lieutenant instead of hank he 100% knew
Real Connor showed emotion and Empathy while the Fake was merely reading a script.

Hank treating Connor like his son is very heart-warming. They had the best bond throughout the entire game
its prolly just me but i was able to tell which connor it was idk why but i can like see that the right connor (which is the one on the left side of hank) showed a little like worry and emotion while the other stayed straight face and just was bland
“Why didn’t you shoot that girl?”
“I don’t know, I just looked in her eyes and I couldn’t.”
Look at conners eyes when he talks about Cole, I don’t care if it’s a reach, you can see a soul behind those eyes

MY SON, WHAT'S HIS NAME?
COLE.
HIS NAME WAS COLE.
AND HE JUST TURNED SIX AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT…
IT WASN'T YOUR FAULT, LIEUTENANT.
A TRUCK SKIDDED ON A SHEET OF ICE AND YOUR CAR ROLLED OVER.
COLE NEEDED EMERGENCY SURGERY BUT NO HUMAN WAS AVAILABLE TO DO IT…
SO AN ANDROID HAD TO TAKE CARE OF HIM…
COLE DIDN'T MAKE IT.
THAT'S WHY YOU HATE ANDROIDS.
YOU THINK ONE OF US IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SON'S DEATH.
This is kinda crazy

It’s not a coincidence that they wanted mr krabs in this game to pay homage to that episode of SpongeBob with Mr krabs and Mr krabs as a robot
I love how Hank started asking questions that were completely irrelevant to the mission since a machine wouldn’t pay any attention to such details while Connor would take time away from the mission to learn
