I knew AI Art Generator's will eventually have this kind of problem eventually worst i know it will eventually effect music makers as well when they start make AI music Generator's which will be a pain for music maker's like myself as i know fakes will do the same for a lot of people that make music for a living which is going to be a real pain as time moves on.

Honestly, this is no different than Wizards of the Coast artists essentially taking actual owned art, mixing it, and then claiming it was original.
Wizards of the Coast had to settle at least two lawsuits, if memory serves.

I know it's a little much to post like three comments about one person ,but this guy is so un-aware of what kind of trash he is. All he talks about on note are 'laws this or regulations that' or 'the talks about ai have devolved over the past year this or their arguments have no substance that.' they're basically a money obsessed weasel. So obssessed with money to the point they've disillusioned themself into thinking all artists are in it for the money ,even tho fan art exists. it's literally a bunch of fans that make free art out of the goodness of their heart and dedication to the creator. This guy is the opposite of what I believe to be an artist. He just considers himself above everyone else ,because he looks into laws and is too heavily invested in the Ai Art side of artistry.

I find AI art to be an impressive feat of technology. I believe its development will bring us closer to AGI, and honestly some of the AI generated stuff can look really cool – particularly when touched up by a human artist. I get a little sad when someone likes something, only to then find out it was made by AI and be disgusted by it.
But this kind of behavior? This usage is deplorable. Not only training the AI on a single artist's style, but to then also impersonate them with it? It's these kind of people that give AI such a bad rep. I hope the original artist is at least able to gain some new followers from this drama, and I really hope this impersonator doesn't hurt their reputation long term. I can't imagine how awful such an impersonation would feel.

I really hope the real artist can take the emails to the police, and that the police can then use that to pressure 'The Platform Formerly Known as Twitter' (future name of the platform, if it survives) into supplying the faker's information… so they can track the person down and give them consequences for it.
