I got to Abu Dhabi for £10. Uk to Albania for £3 then Albania to Abu Dhabi for £7 on wizz air. I returned through Armenia. Would rather that than direct if possible. Might have to try this trip!

Do you think some of what you experienced with people pushing is cultural? Regardless of physical conditions it not very considerate. It is definitely isn't a good explanation. I think people there push regardless of situations.

Noel I didn't understand your point about the transfer in Beirut.
I didn't particularly notice any difficulty to the point of naming the strangest transfer in an International airport.

Lebanon is a wonderful place but the barging in, general lack of manners in any kind of queue and impatience is a national trait. You should try driving there! I remember queuing up in the supermarket for the cashier to weigh a bag of oranges and a woman behind me just reached around me and put her bag on the scales as if I was invisible! That was on my second day there and was a good introduction to the shameless behaviour you will see each day. However, despite the best efforts of the crooks that run (or should that be ruin?) the country, Lebanon is a fantastic place to visit, eat, drink and be merry.

2/4: I am not a dietician, let alone your dietician but I noted that you seemed to eat far more healthily than in previous videos.
3/4: The grass between the runways and aprons etc. at Beirut Airport looked very unkempt. I would have expected that the Lebanese authorities would keep it better but as other posters have implied, the city has had more than its fair share of tragedy recently.
4/4: There aren't many countries across the globe where I would arrive wearing a tee-shirt emblazoned with the letters "FBI" writ large😰!
