  1. 『プリズナーNo.6』

    内容は放送が生前だったので知る由もなかったが、1990年代発売のITC作品のOP&EDだけを収録したLDで存在を知り、その数年後にようやくスカパーで全話観ることができた。

    主役のナンバー6を演じた稀代のナルシストのパトリック・マクグーハンが、自分を格好良く見せることに執心した結果であろうキザで洒落たオープニングにドハマり。毎回「主人公はなぜ監禁されたのか?」を再確認させてくれる点で「一見さん」にも優しい秀逸な構成になってる。

    セットではなく実在するというあの「村」で暮らしてみたいものだ。

  2. 『サンダーバード』

    英国発なのにキャストが米国人なのは主たるマーケットが米国だったからだが、それに加えて5人兄弟のファーストネームは、「オリジナルセブン」と呼ばれる米国初の有人宇宙飛行計画「マーキュリー計画」に選抜された実在の米国人宇宙飛行士の名前から採られている。だが主たる要救助者である米国人が挙って傲慢で自分勝手で礼儀知らずに描かれているところに英国人のせめてもの矜持を感じる。

    誰もが夢中になった重厚なスーパーメカの発進シーンが、元々30分ドラマとして企画された本作がTV局の鶴の一声で60分構成にされたための「時間潰し」の副産物であったことも有名だが、その影響をモロに受けたのが”『ウルトラセブン』の”Fourth gate open"。『サンダーバード』なかりせばウルトラシリーズ伝統の「ワンダバ」はなかったかもしれないのである。

    当時、白黒のブラウン管TVでむさぼる様に観てて
    ラジカセでTVのスピーカーから主題歌を懸命に録音してたなぁ
    需要があるかどうかわからないし、70年代なのかもしれないけど
    できれば FBIやコロネットブルーの謎、弁護士ジャッド
    キャットウィーズルの2本、ホップカークや秘密指令S、探偵ストレンジなんかの
    英国作品もお願いしたいものですね

    我が家にテレビ着たのは東京オリンピックの年です
    S三四年生まれです
    覚えているのは、サンダーバードかな⁉️
    同じ👨5人兄弟です
    サンダーバード2号に
    はまりプラモデル買ってもらいました
    何人か⁉️のちに刑事コロンボにゲストで犯人役した
    俳優さんいましたね

  5. 「じゃじゃ馬億万長者」で印象に残っているのが(一家が資産を預けている)銀行の「頭取さん」ですね😁(名前はあったのかな?)
    一家が無駄使い(と言っても資産から見れば微々たるものだけど)すると「何と言う無駄使いを」と言って卒倒して秘書がお札で扇ぐと気を取り戻す。
    このシーンは覚えているんですよね。銀行家はケチと言うイメージがあるんだろうね。
    「原子力潜水艦シービュー号」はネルソンは提督でクレーンが艦長なんですよね。イメージ的には艦長と副長みたいな感じだったかな
    本来は艦の運行に関しては艦長に全権限があるんですけどね。まあドラマなのでそこまで厳密していなかったのでしょう。
    フライングサブは水中、空の飛行だけでなく車輪を出して陸上走行も可能らしいんですよ。
    メビウス社が発売した模型にその機構が再現されていました。模型だけのギミックかと思ったら実際に森林の中を走行するシーンがあったらしいです
    私はその映像を確認していないのですが、詳しい方がいればお教えを🤔
    「コンバット」は話数が多いのですが「停車場の三日間」(前・後編だったかと)「丘を血に染めて」は傑作だと思います。派手な戦闘シーンだけなく戦争の非情さも描き出しています。でも個人的に最高傑作は「小さな回転木馬」だと思います。ネタバレになるので詳細は語りませんがラストがあまりにも切ない😢

  7. プリズナーNo6は何度最終回を観ても、その度に自分の「村」の解釈が否定されるようで、益々ハマりました。ビートルズのジョージ・ハリソンもファンだったようです。たぶん21世紀になってリメイク版が作られましたか、あまり面白くはなかったです。プリズナーと同時期にアメリカの「コロネットブルーの謎」も放映され、こちらもハマりましたが、1シーズンのみで終わったようで、何だったのか分からずにいましたが、近年主人公は記憶喪失したソ連スパイの設定と知り、プリズナーと比べて、さすがアメリカドラマは分かり易いと思いました。
    コンバットの最高傑作は「丘は血に染まった」だと思いますが、監督のヴィック・モローがサンダースを冒頭で負傷させて、監督業に専念したから傑作になったと思います。私もそうでしたが、ヴィック・モローの名前をBigと思った
    方が多いようです。正しくはVictorのVicなのですが、当時の英語知識では仕方の無いことかと。コンバットは小隊長とベテラン軍曹を軸に展開してされる兵士のドラマの基本型を確立した事も重要かと。後年の諏訪ベトナム戦争のドラマ「Tour of duty」(邦題はベトナム1967又はグッドラック サイゴン)も、この基本型に従っていましたからね。

  8. ベンケーシー、彼の着ていた上着の白衣がベンケーシースタイルと呼ばれており、昔検査会社に勤めていた時に着ていました。ドクターキルディアはもう少し後だと思っていましたが同時代だったんですね。

  9. もう亡くなられていますが、ケーシー高峰という芸人がいましたね。芸名の由来はベン・ケーシーからとったのだとか

  10. オイラはジェラードに追われて逃げ回るリチャード・キンブルが大好きだった。

    覚えている人、少ないかも知れないがサンフランシスコ市警のクルマ椅子の刑事アイアンサイドも好きだった。

    余談だけどこのテーマ音楽はクインシー・ジョーンズの作曲で「アイアンサイド」。あまりにも有名で誰でも絶対に聞いた事ある曲ですよ。

  11. 約半数はリアルタイムで観ていました。ゴールデンタイムから、夜10時ごろの放送もあり、
    お風呂とかち合わぬようにしたものです😅

    「じゃじゃ馬」のバアちゃんが物凄かったこととか、頭取さんと秘書さんが報われぬ?努力を
    重ねるところとか、ジェスロが女子大へ行きたがるところとか、覚えてるもんですねえ😊
    「インベーダー」の重苦しさ、子供ながらに熱心に。
    「可愛い魔女」の「殿(との)」の可愛さとか、マジメな上官の困惑とか、吹替もよかったです。
    「サンダーバード」は大富豪がボランティアでやってること、なかなか気づきませんでした。
    ペネロープのセレブぶりもエグかったですね。アメ車の無駄な派手さ・・・
    ケーシー服は、今はスクラブにとって代わられたような。時代が過ぎていきます。
    「コンバット!」はノンジャンル・別格殿堂入りでオッケーではないでしょうか。

    60年代ドラマ第2弾も傑作ぞろいですね。奇妙さ、暗さの伴うものも。アメリカはベトナム戦争
    時代、日本はカラーテレビが普及しだした頃と思います。カラーで「サンダーバード」を観たの
    は再放送になってからでした。
    「テレビの時代」の始まりですね。録画もない分、目に焼き付けるように観たものです。懐かし
    く思う事がたくさん。各分野からのピックアップ動画、大変に尽力して作って頂いたでしょう。
