“THE LAST ORDER” is an interview series featuring 9 bartenders from various bars in Tokyo. This time, we will deliver an interview with Mr. Atsushi Fukazawa, the owner bartender of Bar Sting in Shinjuku 3-chome. We asked him to talk about his first experience of a bar in his hometown of Matsumoto City, Nagano, how he changed himself during the 18-year history of Bar Sting, and the future of Japanese Bar Culture.
