I have become very frustrated with Turkish Airlines after purchasing a round-trip ticket to Turkey. Due to my two names and a court document from the U.S., they forced me to buy a new ticket, which was completely unnecessary. I had to purchase the ticket in U.S. dollars because I was traveling with my child. However, their manager later admitted that they made a mistake and said I could use my original ticket to board. They told me to go to the office in the U.S. to get my money back, but unfortunately, after sending numerous emails for the past three months, I still haven’t received any updates. The manager in Washington also confirmed the mistake and said they should refund my money, but nothing has happened yet.
