Chovy has always been a god of the midlane. But, when it mattered most, he choked, again and again.
For six years, the League of Legends community branded Chovy a choker. They even called him Choky. It didn’t matter that he was one of the best mechanical players of all time, even when he finally won a domestic title, it wasn’t enough. It seemed like Chovy was going to be an international choke artist forever.
And then, he proved everyone wrong.

GenG fan since 2016 when they pushed T1 as the underdogs in Worlds. I fell in love with how much fight they had in them. Then Worlds 2017 they completely destroyed everyone and then suddenly nothing. 7 years I have watched almost all of their matches. 7 years I have been disappointed but kept waiting and rooting. 7 years waiting indeed. And now we are here baby! Let's go for that golden road!
Why did they lose at world cup tho ?
Shame he doesn't have T1 in front of his name or there would be more hype around his achievements. He mighta done to faker what faker did to ryu but can't get that level of achievement until T1 is infront of your name.

I feel like people are sleeping on Kin and Lehend, those two are truly something else combine with what Chovy brings. I hope T1 can wake up and start playing to there abilty so we can have great matches. I feel like only JDG and GenG may be the two capable orgs that can archive that golden road!
The reason for Chovy's hate is cuz he has 4 Championship winning rosters amd he never won worlds with them, GRF, DRX, HLE and GEN. Plus no one respects him cuz he's just surrounded by expensive players. When you lookat Worlds Winners, mot of them are underdogs/dark horses, it's hard to root for an individual just surrounded by the most expensive players to ensure you can find success domestically and International. I actually want him to win it feels a pity at this point.

I still think MSI is a Mickey Mouse championship I never liked when it was first introduced and never will still feel like a gimmick rather than something the players could strive for. Also the reason why I think the mid season tournament in the NBA is so ass
