ボックスウッドというフェンスや垣根に使用される木を、さし木で増やしていきます。ボックスウッドの育て方の参考になればと思います。お店で買うと1本12ドル～（2000円程度）なので今回は30本程度用意して25本ほど植えてフェンス作りを開始しました。
発根促進剤を使わなくても発根しますが確率を上げたかったことと、食べ物ではないので使用しました。
枝を切り発根させるところから、植え替えて2年たったところまでの成長記録です。最後まで動画を楽しんでいただけると幸いです。
Boxwood, a tree used for fences and hedges, is propagated by cuttings. If you buy them at the store, they cost from $12 a piece (about 2,000 yen), so this time I prepared about 30 cuttings and planted about 25 to start making the fence.
They will root without using a root stimulant, but I used one to increase the chances and because they are not edible.
