    当時のスタッフはほとんどいないコナミが今、リメイクゲームすらマトモに作れて面白いゲームが作れるか
    見ものだな。

    Story has always been kinda trash in silent hill games, luckily im all about the environment and enemy designs so i probably won't be as disappointed as over half people here seem to be lol

    Silent Hill is a metaphor, one which doesn't seem to be used here. It looks like another generic western horror game.

    I'll give this a chance but it already seems like Konami hasn't learned from all the post team silent games. Take a look at the trailers for the original games.

    Sure there were some aspects that showed horror but they focused on the intrigue and emotion. The horror aspect was never the main point.

    You would have the always beautiful themes made by Akira Yamaoka playing and focused more on implication than trying to be scary.

    Now it looks like every "horror" game that comes out now instead of trying to make a connection with the audience.

    I wish Konami would just make things right with Team Silent memebers and allow them to create the cancelled projects they were working on before they were fired.

    Ascension to what? Since Silent Hills cancelation everything related to SH from Konami and related seems anything less than an ascension. I hope I'm wrong

    Your biggest mistake was canceling silent hills…that playable teaser looks MORE SILENT HILL than whatever this atrocity is

    FFS just call it another name and it would be ok. Anything that you can comprehend over 20 ft will no longer be Silent Hill. Psycological horror was what SH famous for.

    Hmm.. It doesn't really "feel" like Silent Hill imo. Silent Hill has this otherworldly, dreamy, trippy, and bordering macabre like style to it, at least that's what comes to my mind whenever I think of Silent Hill anyway. This? This looks more like something akin to Evil Within or some horror action type game, not "Silent Hill" but that's just me.

    Hm, considering that this one will be a multiplayer-focused experience, I probably won't be hyped for it as a singleplayer exclusive person. But the hype train is still very muchbalive for me when it comes to the SH2 remake, SH f, and Townfall 🎉.

    I will be interested to see this, I agree about the narration. It’s a bit off putting because I prefer the ambiguous approach. But remain open minded and hopefully even though different, it will be enjoyable.
