That’s clearly just a typo. The title should be “She’s expecting,” since by definition men can’t have babies.
The most unrealistic thing about this lovely idea (at least in clips) is that a male would responsibly have/have to have list of which people he had sex with/when. And he doesn't seem to risk physical abuse if he got the identity of the other parent wrong

Well, when Arnold Schwarzenegger was expecting it was just a funny movie.
This movie looks rather funny too. But yet, it is a little different, because of the world today. Medias ie talking about pregnant males, when in fact they are a trans-male.
I think I would find this amusing at a less contentious time, sort of like "The Lobster," but as things are, I just find this off-putting. Feels like this is supposed to be an absurdist piece, but it's clearly capitalizing on known issues with a clickbait title and for that I'm already uninterested.
