Here I do it with homemade soap but you can do the same with store bought, plain, unscented, white soap.  Just make sure what you are buying says SOAP on it somewhere.  I use pot marigold (Calendula) and Yarrow to make an anti-micrbial soap that is good for wounds but almost any herb, essencial oils, oatmeal, corn meal, honey, sugar, coconut milk&#8230;the list goes on in combination can be put into a milled soap to make a person healing soap.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is very easy to handmill soap.
