There&#8217;s a little embossed message on the nozzle saying to &#8220;turn to open&#8221; or something like that, but when you spin it, nothing happens. Well this video shows why and how to fix it.<\/p>\n<p>It turns out that the nozzles are made with 3 parts- an outer ring, an inner ring and the nozzle itself. In the cases where you spin the nozzle to open it, but noting happens, both the nozzle and the inner ring are spinning in tandem.  the way to fix it is simple. Just tighten the outer ring by screwing it down on to the bottle. This will lock the inner ring into position without affecting the nozzle.
