Then the Kootek 32-Piece Cake Decorating Set ( http:\/\/amzn.to\/2HILtUm ) is probably on your wishlist. This is a full cake decorating set for under $12! The set is not professional quality nor is it as nice as an icing set from Wilton ( http:\/\/amzn.to\/2HJN1NY ), but at a third the price, it&#8217;s hard to complain!<\/p>\n<p>Btw &#8211; The Seacue set ( http:\/\/amzn.to\/2GLyMXx ) seems to be the same thing. We have not tested that one.
